In collaboration with Eicher Volvo and the department, skill development training is being conducted in Shivpuri. Under this employment-oriented training, youths are taught tasks such as repairing Eicher Volvo commercial vehicles.

After successful completion of free training in "On-Job Training during Stipend" during the training, an industry certificate is provided. Skill loan facility for needy youth for the course after the completion of 3 months training in Shivpuri Academy and 6 months on-job training at Pithampur Ayesar Plant (Indore).
